INTRODUCTION TO 1st CORINTHIANS

Ist Corinthians is a letter written to people of Corinth: a cosmopolitan city
in the First Century that was at the heart of the trade route. As it was a
richer city, that resulted in all kinds of moral activity which we find so
prevalent today. The Church in Corinth had a lot of problems with
carnality that left it’s maturity somewhat lacking. Paul addresses
these kinds of problems in this book.
